Fleet Preventive Maintenance,
Coordinated Nationwide

Reactive repairs are expensive. Breakdowns are worse. Our nationwide preventive maintenance program helps fleets stay ahead of failures instead of chasing them — across 48 states, on schedules built around your trucks.

 THE PROBLEM WE SOLVE

If your fleet runs across regions, your trucks should not be maintained like a patchwork

Most fleets stitch together PM coverage from one-off shop visits in whatever city the truck happens to be in. The result is inconsistent intervals, mismatched documentation, and no single source of truth for what was done, when, and at what cost.We bring structure, consistency, and visibility to how preventive maintenance is done, wherever your units operate. One coordination team, one set of standards, one record per unit.

WHAT WE COVER

PM A and PM B, scheduled around your duty cycles

Preventive maintenance is more than an oil change. We coordinate full PM A and PM B services for
commercial trucks and trailers, with schedules built to match how your fleet actually runs.

Most of our clients run PM services every 15,000 to 20,000 miles, with newer trucks pushed to 30,000-mile intervals.
Schedules can be aligned with OEM recommendations, warranty requirements, and fleet-specific duty cycles, so you are not over- or under-servicing your assets.

What a coordinated PM includes

Engine oil and filter changes at defined intervals, full inspection of brake systems, drivetrain components, tires and wheel ends, electrical systems, cooling and exhaust components, and structural and safety items.

Every PM is documented per unit so the next service knows exactly what was done.

DOT AND PTI TRACKING

We track what your
team is too busy to track

PM scheduling is the foundation, but it is not the whole job. We also track annual DOT inspections per unit, customized to your scheduling preferences, and set them up in advance so nothing comes due without warning.

On top of that, our team handles PTI follow-up. We contact drivers, request detailed truck and trailer photos, and our specialists review every submission to flag violations before they become DOT citations on the road. The goal is simple: fewer roadside violations, cleaner inspections, and a CSA score heading in the right direction.

Up to three times a week, you receive a report covering upcoming PMs, annual DOTs, and any PTI issues flagged by our team.

 EXPENSE TRACKING

One expense view per unit

Every maintenance expense per truck and trailer is tracked through a specialized Millennials expense sheet. You can see what you are spending where, on which unit, and how that compares across your fleet. Truck and trailer expenses can be tracked separately so the data tells you what it should.

WHO THIS IS FOR

Built for multi-unit
commercial fleets

Our preventive maintenance program is built for trucking companies, private fleets, and carriers operating multiple units — not for one-off retail visits. We support fleets running long-haul, regional, dedicated, and reefer operations across 48 states.

INTEGRATION WITH OTHER SERVICES

How preventive maintenance connects to the rest

PM coordination is most valuable when it feeds back into the rest of the maintenance program. Recurring issues identified during repairs flow into your PM schedule. Failure patterns from roadside events inform parts decisions. Every interaction with your fleet improves the next one.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between PM A and PM B service?

PM A is a standard interval service covering engine oil and filter changes along with a general inspection of key systems. PM B is a more comprehensive service that includes everything in PM A plus a deeper inspection of brake systems, drivetrain components, cooling, exhaust, and structural items. We coordinate both types based on your fleet's duty cycles and OEM recommendations.

How often do you schedule preventive maintenance for our trucks?

Scheduling is built around your specific duty cycles and fleet composition. Most of our clients run PM services every 15,000 to 20,000 miles, with newer trucks pushed to 30,000-mile intervals. We align intervals with OEM recommendations and warranty requirements where applicable, so you are not over- or under-servicing your assets.

Do you track DOT annual inspections?

Yes. We track annual DOT inspections per unit, customized to your scheduling preferences, and set them up in advance so nothing comes due without warning. You receive reports covering upcoming DOT inspections up to three times a week alongside PM schedules and any PTI issues flagged by our team.

What is PTI review and how does it work?

PTI stands for pre-trip inspection. Our team contacts your drivers directly, requests detailed truck and trailer photos before trips, and our specialists review every submission to flag violations before a driver gets cited on the road. The goal is to catch issues internally rather than have them discovered during a DOT roadside inspection.

Can you track maintenance expenses per truck and trailer separately?

Yes. Every maintenance expense is logged through a specialized Millennials expense sheet, tracked per unit. Truck and trailer expenses can be recorded separately so you have a clear view of what each asset costs to maintain across your fleet.

Is your preventive maintenance program available for reefer trailers?

Yes. We coordinate PM tracking for both trucks and reefer trailers. Schedules are customized to the specific requirements of each asset type and set up in advance based on your preferences.
